AHC Attorneys Speak at the World Energy Engineering Congress

AHC attorneys David R. Cook and Roland F. Hall will speak at the 34th annual World Energy Engineering Congress in Chicago.  They will discuss the development of small power projects such as renewable energy developments.  They have also been asked to discuss energy efficiency and energy savings projects.

In the first presentation, entitled “The Basics of Developing Energy Projects: From Financing to Power Sales,” they will cover the key aspects of energy project development.  They will discuss major regulations and permitting, business plans, financing, power-purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, construction, and other important considerations.

The second presentation, “Financing Alternatives for Energy Efficiency Projects,” they will discuss energy savings performance contracts, governmental incentives, and tax incentives.
