AHC Creates Blog Dedicated Exclusively To Energy Law and Power Transactions

AHC is pleased to announce the creation of a new blog dedicated exclusively to the energy industry. The former Cooperative Law and Energy Blog has been separated into two distinct blogs:

Energy Law Blog

The newly created Energy Law Blog will contain posts related to the electric industry and energy project development. We will cover regulatory and reliability compliance, power transactions and associated agreements, project financing and development for traditional and renewable along with energy-efficiency projects, and energy-related taxation.

Cooperative Law Blog

The Cooperative Law Blog will cover exclusively cooperative news, legal developments, and industry updates for cooperatives. All forms of cooperatives will find posts relevant to their industry and form of cooperative, including

  • Agricultural Cooperatives and Farmers Cooperatives
  • Broadband and Internet Cooperatives
  • Electric Cooperatives (Distribution and G&T)
  • Subchapter T Cooperatives
  • Telephone Cooperatives
  • Workers Cooperatives

In addition, you will continue to find all of our Cooperative Tax Briefs on this blog.
