Talks between congressional leaders may impact funding for renewable energy incentives. This Wall Street Journal article by Paul Ryan, Chairman of the House Budget Committee, indicates that incentives for “uncompetitive sources of energy” will be “rolled back.” A New York Times blog covering green energy indicates that this reference is to solar and wind energy.
