Chadd Reynolds


Chadd works primarily in the construction law division and has legal experience in drafting complaints, answers, motions, and briefs that were filed in state and federal court for cases involving complex construction disputes, delay claims, structural defects, contractual disputes, surety claims, and liens.  He also has experience in drafting transactional documents to assist Electric Membership Corporations in the purchase of coal power plants and construction of solar farms.

Chadd received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2014.  In law school, he was an Associate Editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review and a member of the Valparaiso Moot Court Society.  He spent his summers as an intern for the Honorable David L. Dickinson of the Superior Court of Forsyth County and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division in Atlanta.  During his last year of law school, he served as an extern for the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.

Born in Alpharetta, Georgia, Chadd received his undergraduate degree from Berry College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Government, with minors in Psychology and Philosophy and served as captain for the men’s golf team.
